Council taking clothes that charities would have got (20May12) (by liarpoliticians)
The London Borough of Bromley has decided to not allow charities to have collection points on council land for clothes, and is instead to operate their own clothes collection service, and making money for the council instead of the charities the clothes would have gone to.
This just shows how much the councils are after money, now taking from charities.
