My opinion, is schools relay to much on the SAT and ACT tests for college. All you need a an entrance exam at the school of your choice. Then that school can customize the tests to their needs. A art school has different needs then an engineering school.
Then you also have the abuse by the state with this DNA. You can’t tell me once the state has these DNA samples on record. That they could use it in other areas of the goverment.

Amazing how the book, 1984 has been coming to true everyday I live. This makes me sad and dishearten.
